Dahlia
This is the basic birth doula package. It includes:
Consultation:
90 minute virtual or in person session where we’ll begin getting to know each other and decide if this is the right fit.
3 Antenatal Sessions:
During these visits, we make sure that you and your partner (friend, family, spouse, or otherwise) are fully prepared for birth. We’ll co-create your birthing plan and develop our modes for stress and pain management. We’ll also cover your preferences for relaxation, comfort during labour, how you would like your partner(s) involved, and more.
Scheduled Phone, Text, and In Person support
In addition to our scheduled antenatal sessions, we can also schedule coffee, lunch, or dinner for more informal chats. The goal here? Invest time in our relationship in order to build deep trust.
On-Call from 38wks
From 38-weeks until the arrival of your babe, I will be available day, night, rain, or shine.
Labour and Birth Support
The moment where you shine most! I will be right behind you the whole way - whether you have opted for a home birth, hospital birth, or birth centre birth.
4 Postnatal Visits
And now, we’ll work together to begin your new parenting journey. I can provide resources for baby-wrapping, lactation support, home and life organisation, and more! We can also just…talk.

Have you considered the impact of sound on your day-to-day life? What about during those special occasions? The Audio-Therapeutic Soundscape is an acoustic-electric composition made specifically for you. I use crystal sound bowls, electronics, binaural sound waves, and more.
